General Information

◆ My commissions are only available for personal use. In other words, if you commission me, you are not allowed to use my work for financial profit.
◆ I maintain the rights to all my artwork. You are not allowed to repost my work, claim, or imply it as your own work in any way.
◆ I reserve the right to use commission work for promotional purposes for myself. For example, showing commission work as an advertisement of the type of work and style I can provide.
◆ My artwork is not to be used in anything involving blockchain related technology; such as, but not limited to, NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI training, etc.
◆ I reserve the right to decline any request or commission I am not comfortable with or able to complete for any reason.
◆ My Terms of Service are subject to change. Feel free to refer to the date at the top of the page to know when they were last updated.

Acceptable Commission Requests

What I Draw

◆ Simple backgrounds
◆ Original characters
◆ Fanart of canon characters from media
◆ Kemonomimi - humanoid characters that possess animal-like features
◆ Slightly suggestive content

What I DON’T Draw

◆ Requests without visual references
◆ Complex backgrounds
◆ Animals and/or none-humanoid creatures
◆ Mechs, Robots, Vehicles
◆ NSFW and/or porn
◆ Pedophilia
◆ Incest
◆ Any form of bigotry or discrimination, such as, but not limited to: sexism, anti-semitism, homophobia, transphobia, racism, colorism, etc.

Process & Communication

My workflow is as follows:

◈ Sketch Approval
◈ 50% payment due from commissioner
◈ Flat Color Approval
◈ Rendering
◈ Artwork complete
◈ 50% payment due from commissioner
◈ Artwork will be shared with the commissioner once payment is received

◆ When messaging me via Discord (@Kelxolotl) for commission related information, please introduce yourself as someone interested or inquiring about my commission work. I will not reply to messages that do not make this intention clear.
◆ Progress on the commission will be halted if commission updates for approval have not been replied to. Please maintain commission communication with me via my Discord: @Kelxolotl
◆ If commission updates and/or questions are not responded to within a month, I will no longer continue your commission request.
◆ As a commissioner, you may ask for major revisions only during the sketching phase, and minor revisions during any other phase for free. Major revision requests outside the requested time frame are subject to additional charge.

Delivery

◆ Completed commissions will be provided to the commissioner as PNG files via Google Drive unless otherwise requested. Please download commission files within 1 week, as files may be deleted overtime.
◆ Commission completion may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to 1-2 months upon approval of the sketch. My queue tracker is regularly updated for your reference. You are also welcome to reach out to me for any updates or questions at anytime via my Discord: @Kelxolotl

◈ If there is a circumstance that causes a delay to completing the commission, you will be informed.

◆ If your commission requires a deadline, please state that upfront in your initial request. Additional fees may be added or your request may be declined depending on the time-frame of the requested commission.
◆ I post all commission work on social media, if there is any piece you would like to keep private, please let me know in advance.

Payment

◆ I accept payment via PayPal
◆ Payment for a commission will be requested as follows:

◈ 50% when the sketch is approved
◈ 50% when the commission is completed

◆ Please inform me in advance if, for whatever reason, you are not able to use PayPal or need an alternate payment plan for your commission.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

◆ If you request to cancel a commission that has not yet been started, you will not be charged.
◆ If you request to cancel a commission that I’ve already started, you will be charged for what I have completed and refunded the rest. I will also provide you with the latest work in progress of the commission.
